PNP processing requirements and eligibility

hello everyone i have started the processing for canada PNP process but i dont have any idea how to start the process my senario is kinda different from others i want to apply dependent visa on my wife's visa so i have visited Y-Axis for the process and they said that they will file on PNP visa for my wife and for PR and for me dependent on her..but i have completed my 12th and she has completed her engg in EIE stream and she has done job for 2 years in amazon customer service... so please guys please help me to understand how to start the process please.... Y Axis said that it will take 8-10 months for getting your PR and the process fees will be around 1.45 lakhs for the whole process... Please give me your advised like what i should do first because i dont have any idea what to do
