Hi!

Please help me what to do. I have nominated thru PNP and now i have in process PR permanent residence. And Done medical in march 8, 2016 and Just waiting for my passport request. But then my employer fired me (although its a wrongful dismissal). and just now april 7, 2016 i received and email from the pnp please see below.

We had been informed by your NAME OF EMPLOYER, that you were terminated from your position on 03 APR 2016.

Because continued employment with the above-cited employer is a condition of your nomination, you no longer meet the conditions of your nomination.

As stated in our Letter of Approval issued to you, the BC PNP reserves the right to withdraw its Confirmation of Nomination at any time if we determine that a nominee no longer meets the conditions under which he/she was nominated

Kindly respond to the above concern within 5 business days. If I do not hear from you by April 15, 2016, we will go ahead and withdraw your nomination; which then impacts your application for permanent residence.

please help guys what will i do. thanks to all in advance.

Best to seek advice from an immigration lawyer. Not sure if IRCC will consider a wrongful dismissal, but as the letter says, employment is a condition of your nomination.
