But my credit card got charged today! No AOR YET!
Cic specified to not send any extra docs. But u got AOR. So thats great. i dont think it makes a difference then.roaringpanthers 12345 said:I had the same doubt. Even though they didn't ask for it I still sent them all educational and work documents with my application.

I believe CIC don't need it as the reason they grant you PR is because the province nominated you, not because you have experience and education. (Of course the province nominates you because you have met that requirement, so that's still indirectly related)
This will depend from case to case and also from Visa Office to Visa Office. I have seen some cases getting PR in less than 6 months after nomination.ferrari said:Sounds good. Maybe they will still verify through their agency whether we still work at that company and what post, cuz it takes abt 1 to 2 years more after PNP nomination for to get PR.

When submitting PR application if PNP nominee you do not need to include the following:
1) Proof of funds (you only need to state what you have)
2) Education Proof (you only need to fill in the form and state, like proof of funds)
3) Proof of connection (sponsor, friend, family does not get mentioned in this application, only if it is direct family like brother, mother, child, etc)
All of these have been checked by CIC and have already been approved. Sending additional documentation will just take more time for the officer assessing your file. It will also then in turn delay the rest of the applicants timelines. You should only submit what asked, nothing more, nothing less.
CIC does however have the right to ask for the above mentioned documentation/proof and may also call you in for an interview, where they can ask you to bring the documentation along.
Thanks!roaringpanthers 12345 said:ECAS stands from Electronic Client Application Status. This on-line service allows Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) clients to view securely the status of their immigration and/or citizenship application(s) on-line, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week; anytime, anywhere. (Google answer)
Yes, basically you can know all the updates regarding your application from authorized sources. Search for ecas in Google. Log in with uci no, or application no, etc and get updates.
Between 3 to 6 months in normal casesawesome77 said:Guys what is the timeline for MR after getting AOR...
Province already been through from this part so CIC won't do that again.....if they want anything they contact PNP office thats what I believe so ....just chillferrari said:Sounds good. Actually no. If CIC wants to see those they will request you do send them (unlikely). CIC has no access to your application information in provincial programs because the privacy law prohibits them to do so.luckychamp said:Province already been through from this part so CIC won't do that again.....if they want anything they contact PNP office thats what I believe so ....just chill
