PNP PR and Moving

My boyfriend is on a PNP in BC and is in the process of applying for Residency
I live in Ottawa Ontario
We are wondering if once his Residency is approved, can he move to Ontario without any repercussions from his PNP ... I can not move to BC because I have my daughter and her Father is here in Ontario.

Once he gets PR, he can definitely move to Ontario.

How true is this? We have heard stories of people who even after landing and getting their PR cards moved to another province and then the provincial government that nominated them revoked their nomination.

1. Will that affect the person's permanent residence\

2. If it doesnt affect his PR, will it be a problem when he wants to apply for citizenship?

That has never happened . You can move anywhere in canada after PR as per canadian citizen charter.
