Hi all,
I am a Software Engineer with CRS score around 400 and I am planning to apply Alberta PNP or ONIP Tech Draw .
  • Should I apply PNP and wait in the pool or Should I study Master in Canada in order to get PR more quickly?
  • My concern is that after one year in EE pool and it is expired. Then, I apply Study Permit. I am afraid my Study Permit might get rejected.
Thanks.

Your score is too low for OINP and Alberta is only inviting those at this time with some sort of connection to the province such as a job offer / work experience, family members, etc.

I would go for the Master's in Canada.
