PNP or Federal Express Entry

My IELTS Score is as follows :
L := 7.5
R := 8
W := 6.5
S := 7.5

Can you please suggest me if I should apply for PNP or take a re-test

Simulate expected IELTS score you can manage (thru re-test) into the Come to Canada tool and see what you get as CRS score. If simulated CRS score falls way below recent few ITA cut-offs then PNP, else re-test if simulated CRS score is within recent few ITA cut-off.
