PNP Ontario vs PGPW

Does PNP Ontario is one of the way to settle in Ontario, beside PGWP? Because the requirement for PNP Ontario and PGWP is different.
PNP Ontario needs the applicant have studied 2 years in Canada, while PGWP doesn't (minimum 8 months would be suffice). Kindly advise.

PNP and PGWP are both different. Please do some ground work and research on these 2 topic before such question here. I am sure you will get your answer

Ontario pnp is the provincial nominee program where master students studying in ontario can apply for pr without a job offer.

pgwp is post graduate work permit which is applicable to any program 8 months or longer wherein the student is eligible to work in canada.

Pgwp is not a route to pr though whereas ontario pnp is.

A 12 month work experience obtained while in the PGWP status may be used to apply for PR under CEC stream though.

Therefore, if I summarized to become an immigrant, we have some following options :
- CEC
- PNP
- Federal Skilled Worker

And PGWP and Bridge Open Work Permit are the bridges for recent graduates to apply the above options.

What do you guys suggest if I face this kind of situation :
Have completed the PG Dip for 1 year program in Ontario and obtained a PGWP for 1 year as well. Andafter 3 months I got a job offer as a contractor, not as permanent employee there. That means I only obtained 9 months of work experience in Ontario until my PGWP expires. I couldn't apply under CEC option because my work experience is less than 1 year and my employer couldn't give me a LMO since I'm a contractor, nor I couldn't apply the Bridge Open Work Permit because I'm not eligible to apply CEC.

You cannot apply for PGWP extension without LMO. So I assume that finding an LMO-ready job looks like your only option at this time

Its safer to pick a 2 year program in the present situation.

ul need an lmo to extend your work permit. But again ul be bound to that particular employer then.

It wont be a open work permit anymore.
