Hi friends and senior members,
While collecting the supporting documents for the ON PNP, i realized that a copy of the birth certificate is required. I face a unique situation here.
1. At 3 years of age i was adopted by my father's elder brother,
2. My father's elder brother and his wife became my legal parents,
3. My birth certificate shows the name of my natural parents (parents to whom i was born),
4. My passport and all other documents shows the names of my legal parents (my father's elder brother and his wife)
In this situation, my birth certificate and my passport will show 2 different parents (legal and natural).
Could you please advice what should i do in this situation? May be some additional supporting document that might explain this situation.
