Hi All

I still have to start my Express Entry profile.

My intention is to either stay in Ontario OR British Columbia. The reason for choosing either of them is due to proximity of relatives staying in close proximity in USA. So it will be easier for them to assist me if need be.

Do either of those offer nomination programs? What is their minimum criteria? Note I am a professional worker with assessment score of around 440.
