Hi everyone:
I am an international student in my last semester. I have a part-time job that will most likely lead to a full-time permanent employment when I get my Post Graduate Work Permit in a few months. I have noticed that students in their last semester can apply for PNP, to be more precise their employers can. I think my employer will be willing to help me with this but there is a few doubts that I have:
1. My employer (a real estate brokerage) that is located in GTA does not make 1 million a year.
2. As I understand the company has to have 5 full-time employees. In our case it is only 2 people who sit at the office 9-5, the other 35 people are real estate agents that call themselves full-time, but are they considered to be employees?
But for those 2 issues I think I would qualify, but it seems like this current employer would not get clearance.
Is there any way around it, or are there cases similar to mine? If that does not qualify I will of course apply under CEC in 12 months after graduation, but PNP would be so much faster.
