PNP (Ontario) application from outside/inside Canada after Graduation

Hi All,

I have a general question about PNP situation:

I am currently PhD student (London, ON), and I will graduate in next two month. Then, I have to go to US for my post-doc for 1-2 years. There would be two scenarios that can happen for me:

1- apply for PNP as soon as I graduate and before my post-doc starts and then leave for post-doc.
2- Start my post-doc and then apply?

Could anyone let me know what would happen in each case and what would be the best strategy?

Hi MH,

In both the cases most likely u will get refused as they want ppl to settle n contribute in and to Ontario . My suggestion if u r stayng r planning to stay outsde Canada don't apply for PNP u will get refused

Hi MH,

You are always welcome, I suggest u to apply in jan for PNP , mostly by 2015 feb u will get pr and in mean while u can apply for PD in USA nd Canada
