Can anyone please help as my sister is in the profession of ICT sector. I can see that Ontario has been selecting mainly French speakers SW and Job offered HCP SW. Does anyone have any idea if the ICT targeted NOIs will be issued again or on 2019? Or has the target been reached for the ICT sector? I also know that British Columbia has been targeting ICT professionals this year but finding a job can be hard. Any input would be really appreciated. Thankyou
