Helllo experts,
Has anyone faced a situation when PNP office asks you to apply under a different NOC code?
I have had EE profile and submitted my PR application after ITA, but had also filed BC PNP based on same EE profile.
PNP guys came back saying I should file under a different NOC code by creating another EE profile. Wouldn't that be treated as misrepresentation as I have already filed my EE using original NOC code. Or can I notify CIC that BC PNP is asking me to file under different NOC code so they may also update the records in already submitted PR application.
My agent is saying I will have to withdraw the submitted PR application and then start a fresh EE account with new NOC code. But when I called CIC they said I can have two applications running in parallel as long as it is different stream of EE and can withdraw one of them later.
I am confused folks. Please help.
Thanks
