PNP - Offer of Employment

Hi,

I have applied PR using NBPNP with employer support stream. I got nomination recently and trying to apply for closed work permit from my employer

for that i need to get Letter of Support from Province (Request an R204(c) Letter of Support).

So requested my employer to submit offer of employment along with employer compliance fee of 230$ to CIC and my company HR trying for that. One of the field is to be filled is "Explanation of how the job meets the requirements of the exemption being requested"

Could you please suggest what to be filled for this? and what should be filled for LMIA exemption title code?

He/she has to write What skills you have and why you deserve that Job , Also how it will impact in The business and what benefts will Bring within. In this field your boss can also write about your education, certifications, level of english , credentials (if any)
