PNP nominee in skill worker overseas stream and PR applicant

Hi,

I am PNP nominee and permanent residence applicant in skill worker OVERSEAS category. I just had lay off and my question is, If I get job offer from any other province and decided to move for work will it affect my PR application.

It will be helpful if members in forum can guide me on this situation.
