PNP Nomination Criteria

To those who had applied for various provinces before, I want to ask the basis on which provinces send nominations. Of course, one thing is job offer, second I have heard is occupation demand and thirdly a prior connection to province.

Do they consider high CRS score also as the criterion to nominate an express entry Federal Skilled Worker candidate?

Agree with this, it's difficult to offer any general advice on PNPs, as what worked for one applicant may not work for another. It's best to do your own research, as you know your own profile best.
