PNP - NL express entry

Hi,

I'm applying soon to the NLPNP program under express entry program. I already have 1 year work experience in NL but would like to confirm whether my work experience is required to be "valid" or not. It doesn't explicitly say so in the application guide so I'm wondering if anyone has any information about this.

Could you share your time line?


I just started working in NL and would like to take a decision on whether to go with NLPNP or EE. I heard a differential opinion from people. It seems that if your work permit has significant duration, then NLPNP would NOT process your application and if your WP is wanna expire soon, then NLPNP quickly issue you the PNP certificate. Could you share your opinion?
