congrats on getting 2nd aor from colombo,
do'nt worry i am also got aor from colombo on 10th april 2013.its for faster processing.
can you share your timeline and when you recieve 2nd aor.
kindly share your timeline at below mention forum link which is for new dehli and colombo visa office.
