Dear members,

Good day. Please advice on the below;

I received an ITA on 23rd Dec, 2021 to apply for the PR. But, due to few changes in my EE profile in the Education and Languages section of the accompanying partner, I'm reluctant to proceed.

She has done Masters of Science as her the most recent education. We got WES report saying this MS is equivalent to bachelors (4 years), so now we have Double Bachelor's case for her.

In (locked) EE profile, we only added her most recent education, as we were having an impression that only the highest and the most recent education has to be entered. (We claimed 8 points for her education)
So the mistakes happened;
  • We ended up selecting "Bachelor's degree" in the Level of Education. While her degree and transcript says Master. However, in the Canadian Equivalent drop down we selected what WES gave us I.e., Bachelor's Degree.
  • We did not add her Bachelor's Education and Higher Secondary Education, but in the WES report we have 3 credentials Credentials/Canadian equivalency.
    • Higher Secondary certificate (Secondary school diploma)
    • Bachelor of Engineering (Bachelor's Degree four years)
    • Master of Science (Bachelor's Degree four years)
We have written the below LOE for her education section;
E0025XXXYY_Spouse Education.
The uploaded document contains ECA report, Degrees and respective Transcripts, a supporting letter from National University of Computer & Emerging Sciences stating that my Masters of Science was completed in Karachi, and IELTS Test Report Form (TRF).

I would like to clarify the following regarding my Education Sections in Express Entry profile and Permanent Residency Application.
  • At the time of Express Entry profile creation, I mistakenly selected “Bachelor’s degree” as the Level of Education for my Master of Science, i.e., the most recent education completed at National University of Computer & Emerging Sciences. However, I have rectified this mistake while completing the Permanent Residency application and updated the Level of Education to “Master’s degree”.
  • My “Study and Languages” section in the Express Entry profile does not have information about my Higher Secondary Education completed at “Agha Khan Higher Secondary School”, and Bachelors of Engineering completed at “NED University of Engineering & Technology”, as I was under the impression that only the most recent education has to be added for which the ECA is acquired. However, I have added these in education section while filling the Permanent Residency Application.
  • The uploaded document contains my IELTS (taken on Dec 31st, 2021) TRF as well. Please note that we have not claimed any points for “CRS - Spouse - First Official Language Proficiency” in the Express Entry profile. However, I decided to attempt the test again, so I have attached valid results.
I sincerely apologize for causing any inconvenience.

Now pelase advice, with these 2 things, should I carry on with the PR application and submit while praying that this explanation will suffice the difference in EE and EAPR. Or, should I decline the ITA, and wait for next PNP draw. My nomination certificate expiry is Mar 14th, 2022.

Plesse advice.
