PNP invitation to apply received while my SDS application in progress

My SDS application for MBA program is under progress. I have applied SDS along with SOWP and Kids Studeny permit on 03rd august 2021. Biometric updated on 10th August (given on the same day) for all of us and Medical updated on Aug 27th for me and 2 kids. Spouse medical not updated.

I have applied (Expression of Interest)) for PNP to Newfoundland under occupation on-demand in Jan 2021. Till Sept 20th there was no update regarding PNP. Because of this only as an alternative plan, I have taken admission for MBA at a Private University in Vancouver, and submitted my application under SDS and waiting for a decision from IRCC. Surprizingly I have received an email inviting me to apply for the PNP from Newfoundland and Labrador on the 21st of Sept 2021.

I'm still hoping to get my SDS processed by IRCC. I have 3 months to gather documents and apply for PNP.
My questin here is, is it ok to be under Study permit while submitting PNP application? or if you have any suggestions please let me know.

Perfectly OK, no problem at all. Many do it that way, myself inclusive.

Each stream is independent of the other. Moreover, this is just an ITA for PNP, not yet a PR application. Your SP application was already submitted and in progress, so as at the time of your application you did not have dual intent. You still don't technically, until you submit a PR (not PNP) application.

Even then, dual intention is perfectly legal and allowed.
