medicals done 30 october, 2011
got married in march 2012
added wife to application on june 28, 2012
medicals request for spouse november 08, 2012
medicals request again for principal applicant on feb 01, 2013 PREVIOUS MEDICAL WAS EXPIRED IN OCTOBER
now medicals done on feb 06, spouse's medicals also done in november 20, 2012
