Hi, I have what appears to be a unique problem. I applied for EE on a whim last year and unexpectedly got a PNP nomination but I also have an offer to study from a college in another province. From what I've understood in this forum, it might take the best part of a year for the PR application to complete its process and even if everything goes like clockwork, I don't expect my passport to be stamped before October at the earliest, but college begins this September. It's a one year program and I fully intend to move to the other province after I graduate but how will that play out as I submit my EE application? Should I just forgo the college admission? It's a really great school and my dream program with a scholarship included. Any perspective would be appreciated. Thanks!

I cant guide you but just can share my point of view. I was in the same situation in September 2019. I received offer letter from one of the college and nomination from different province. I opted to go with Nomination. I thought that opting to go for study will cost me premium and if PNP works out than I will be able to do it lately with ease.
However you will need to choose college/university from your nominating province. There is no doubt that it is long process.
There will be many better suggestion.

Thank you! I think I might choose the nomination over the admission offer too because age isn't on my side but I was hoping there was a way I could do both.
