For PNP, do we need to separately apply to each province website or will the province picks up our profile from express entry pool?

But i applies to Manitoba, it asks for any relative or friend who resides in Manitoba, I don’t have one.
So what to do ?

Manitoba is not good. Very slow PNP. WHY are looking for that?
SINP and NSNP EE are the best. Fast easygoing and Job offer is not necessary.
What is your Educational qualification? What us your Job Experience details?

No. NSNP Demand EE Category B doesn't require Job offer.
Masters in which subject? Then I can check whether your suitable NOC is in NSNP or SINP in Demand list or not. Your CRS is okay.

What is demand EE category means?
MBA in HR and marketing but in express entry I have given my NOC Code as 1121.

I tried even for SINP,my score comes upto 57 where am not eligible to apply

My wife scored 8 band in ielts, is there any issue if I make her as main applicant.

How can u apply for NSNP with NOC 1121? It is not in their Demand list. Your IRCC EE NOC must match with PNP EE NOC. This is the list. Read it. It can change with new intake. But your NOC is looking rare type .
