I have NOC 4162 and CRS score of 434, can you help me in understanding which state is more likely to offer PNP for 4162. Also my Saskatchewan score is 62
Canada doesn’t have states. Alberta is your only option, and they don’t publish NOCs for their draws. You will not know a NOC is selected unless someone says he got a nomination with that NOC. Sask score is too low.
