from my basic search on province's websites,
Lawyers doesn't fall under in-demand profession in Canada, PNP / Provinces target in-demand professions especially when selecting foreigners.
But check Prince Edward Island PNP's website, dig in deep to find more details. Ontario doesn't take lawyers from outside Canada.
