I have equivalent Canadian qualification of Bachelor's degree for 3 years and 4 years. My latest IELTS score is W-6,R-6.5,L-7.5 and S-7.5. Can anyone please advise if I am eligible for PNP and if yes, which all Provinces I can apply for? My age is 40 years and qualified as CA.
