PNP documents support from Canadian Banks

I was wondering whether the canadian banks would support for the pnp by providing required docs if we get a job offer from the bank

I have completed my studies in BC and looking for a noc 6235 job in a bank. One of my friends got a offer from top 4 accounting firms and they have refused to support the pnp and asked him to apply through EE- experience class.

Any ideas or suggestions
