Good day everyone. . Im from the Philippines, my mom is already in Canada. . We, her family here, received the imm form last December 2010, they received our application on May 30 2011 and started processing it on August 27 2012 since then we had a couple, thrice. , i actually lost count. . of exchanging letters. . me and my family sending the required requirements. , until we received a letter from the embassy last February 2014 requiring us to have a medical examination, we had our med exam appointment on March 2014 at St Lukes, they told us that they are the one to send it to the immigration. , we waited for the next step. , and after mmonths of waiting, we finally received a letter October 15 2014 telling us to submit the requirements needed to the Consulate General of Hongkong instead of the Embassy here in Manila. . and until now we dont hbve any idea why we need to start again from the beginning. , can someone help me?thanks in advance. .
