My wife and I received COPR by being nominated by a PNP.
My plan is to go there only by myself first (I'm the primary applicant, she will do just a soft landing) and have her come in only after I found a job. If after a long term search (eg > 6 months) I will not find anything in that specific province, I intend to look somewhere else.
If I were to find work in another province and she comes straight there, is there any chance that upon citizenship application/PR renewal that she can be accused of misrepresentation?
Maybe I'm overthinking but they could say "well, even though your husband is the primary applicant, and he showed intention of residing in this province, you did not".
Is this a possibility or am I overthinking here?
