PNP- common law doesn't include in the application

Hello,

I need help please...My boyfriend just get his work permit per 2 years with a PNP. We have a 9 years relacionship but the last year when my WHV expired I decided back to Spain and he applied to PNP program like a single. Could I get a work permit with his PNP or must I wait to his PR and that he sponsors me?

If he didn't declare you as his common law partner - then no, you can't get a work permit.
