URGENT! Hi guys i'm new to here. please give me some information because i couldn't find about my case.
My husband and I get coPR which is ONPNP and he nominated from his company.
and now he wants to quit the company. We're outside of Canada now.
After get coPR can he quit his job before landing?
Will officer call the company to check he belong to them after we landing?
I heard sometime they call and check that but it was work permit case.

we’re really worrying about that and dont want to lose PR. Please help me...
thanks for reading.

If you already have CoPR, why not just land, and then quit?

If your nomination is Employment Restricted (see your PNC) then no, you can't quit until you've landed. If IRCC or CBSA finds out, your nomination could be revoked.

thank you for your reply mf4361. I understand why you think about.
could you tell me what is PNC? I found PNC and number on my copr. it meant company name?
PNP nomination certificate doesnt have company name.

Provincial Nomination Certificate. should be included in the email from PNP office when you are notified application was nominated

There should be a line "Employment Restriction | Yes or No" sth like that

I just have a nomination certficate paper from ontario and can't find Employment Restriction on the paper.
Is that only in the email?
I think my consultant has the email, have never seen that.

its in my email from SINP. not sure about Ontario but should be pretty much the same. check with your consultant

Restriction on employment usually means the nomination is under job offer category, but not always the case
