She was paid volunteer earlier and left job as no job position was their. Later internally when job was vacant, she was approved first with reference for job as familer and hard working.
You cannot be a volunteer and be paid. If she left the job, then she was not hired internally nor as an employee. Employer needs to show recruitment efforts. Being familiar with the job and hard working is not relevant. She must speak with company and they must provide documentation of recruitment efforts.

She was given job offer letter
So what? A job letter doesn’t prove recruitment. The company needs to show their recruitment efforts to hire a Canadian/PR. She was not an employee who had worked in the job for many months or years.

So she must talk to her employer to fill out the recruitment effort section.

How must time taken for pfl result after providing evidence.
There are no timelines. Weeks or months. The ”evidence” is the employer filling out the forms and outlining/proving the recruitment process (where advertised job, explaining why couldn’t hire Canadian, hiring, interviews etc.).

Thanks for your reply. May I ask is the "Evidence of recruitment efforts" a separate form of a document? Honestly I do not know what the Evidence of recruitment efforts document looks like. if I already explained in the EDF as you said. I can skip the "Evidence of recruitment efforts" document, right?
Did you get approval

so what's the status now Renu?
