PNP - Bank Statement Requirement

I submitted 6 months bank statement from TD bank as proof of assets - it was printed off online.
I received an e mail from PNP asking to re-submit the bank statements with my name and Account number on them. On looking at the statement prints, I realise it has the account number and not my name.
Did anyone face a similar issue and how did you get it resolved?

The bank will print the same statements for me so I am wondering how I can re-submit with the required information.

Hi,

I want to ask a quick question. I have not had an bank account yet, but I will when I get nomination. I wonder wheher the time of bank statement would affect my application or not? Do I need open an account now for months or the embassy just concerns about how much I have, no matter when I did open account?
