PNP applications considered for Express entry systems

Hi Every one,
Whether the PNP application submitted on 2014 will be included in the express entry system? Or only new applications receiving on 2015 will be considered ?

Only Jan 2, 2015 and on wards applications will be considered for Express Entry Sysytem
I am also 2014 applicant waiting for AOR
