My name is Ana and I am am currently finishing an Advanced Diploma(3 years). I have been working part-time for the same company for 2 years now. There is a strong chance that when I graduate in May I'll be given a full-time job offer from this company. With the uncertainty of the Express Entry and how many points you'll be required to have in order to be invited for permanent residency, I've considered applying for the PNP program under the international graduate category. My question is how would my company go about filling out the employer forms if I've been working with them a for two years already. Do they still have to put postings up for my role? Or just explain why they decided to promote me from within instead of staring a search for new candidates? I actually work in a recruiting firm so if they wanted to hire someone else they would have a large pool of candidates already.
