Just wondering how you increase your CRS point other than IELTS? I believe your CRS point is higher than 400 which is pre-requisite for OINP.

You may want to hold on to congratulating me. I haven't got nominated yet. I just got the notification to apply for the Nomination which one must receive before he/she can apply for OINP.

Anyways, Yes, MY CRS is above 400; however, it's only 407.

I think, for us Bangladeshis, we have a little option to increase our CRS other than getting a high score on IELTS. I got L-9, R-8.5, W-7.5 & S-7.0

I don't think it's a high score, but it's good enough to give you a boost. Besides IELTS, you should try to get Positive ECA on both Bachelor and Master Degree. Unfortunately, I was positively assessed with Canadian Equivalent Bachelor Degree.

If you are happy to invest some money, you can have your spouse education assessed. In addition, spouse's IELTS should also be very helpful.

If you have 6 years or more work experience in your NOC. This should increase your point too.

Nevertheless, I personally think that a Bangladeshi applicant must practice hard to get a good IELTS score.

In addition, I just read in their website that they are taking additional 500 applicants. I pray and hope that you become one of them.

In addition, I just read in their website that they are taking additional 500 applicants. I pray and hope that you become one of them.

Dear Arif,

For settlement fund you have to show liquid money/cash at your hand. Unlike Australia immigration, you can't show your assets for Canada. I believe it is the case for both PR or PNP.

However, the cash money can be at the name of your spouse. But you have to show it available since last 3 months of your application and maintain the amount for rest of the immigration process.

Good point is the CAD value is devaluating aginst BDT. So you have to show BDT1,025,000/=. It could be available current/savings account, Pension fund kept at your employer or DPS at any bank/financial institution, Sanchaypotro etc. If you have shortage of money then you may lend from somebody from you FnF or take loan from a bank.

SK Nomination not sure. I claim all my 10 years experience but distributed over 2 NOC. Don't know if they consider it or not. If not then I will try for next IELTS to improve my score. Really hard to find out time to prepare for IELTS. Not sure if I can make it before February 2016.

Yes, you are correct. You don't have to upload anything to express entry profile for Nominee Programs. For Ontario, I have to make hard copies of all the documents and post them through a courier service.

How do you sending OINP Processing Fees? Pay Order? Can you reimburse the amount if anything wrong (I wish this won't happen)?

By the grace of ALMIGHTY ALLAH, I just received nomination from SK. I got notification through my CIC account and I already accepted. (I understand from the EE Guideline that SINP should reconfirm to CIC.....am I right?)

What should I do right at this stage? Should I update EE Profile that I got nomination from SK? I tried to update this but can't scroll down the option and select 'Yes'

Anybody facing similar problem? Please suggest!
