My ietls score is reading 6,listings 6.5,specking 6,writing 4.5,
My question is what are the chance is to get approval for any pnp program,if not what other state I can apply for with this score,m able to fulfill all other requirements except job offer.

I think no chance.. minimum is CLB 7 in all modules required.

Try to focus on improving your writing. Maybe take a few courses or follow one of the online programs.
