This may be a stupid question but I'm confused on why PNP is needed. Since a PNP in Ontario or BC already requires a job offer, why wouldn't I just use the job offer that I have to increase my CRS points by 600 than applying to a PNP with that job offer? Is it just the LMIA that makes the difference? Do the above provinces also notify EE candidates sitting in the pool without a job offer? Can someone please explain.
