You can refer to this link for more details on PNP through Express Entry http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/provincial/apply-how-ee.asp

Thanks

So I assume that if we opt for all provinces during EE application process, our CRS score will be visible to all those provinces and thus we might have a chance to get nominated by them. Please correct if wrong.

When you do that, you will see the specific provinces that collect information, and you have to opt in if you will allow to disclose your profile to them.

Provinces do not nominate candidates directly from the pool. What some provinces do is that they send you an expression of interest (EOI) but you will have to apply anyway in order to get nominated in the express entry stream. Applying to a nomination is pretty much the same as applying to CIC. The only diference between them is that for the provincial nomination you do not have to do medicals and you do not have to get police certificates either.

Right now the only provinces that i have read that are sending EOI to candidates are Ontario and Prince edward island. And in the case of prince edward island it was just one case that i read on this forum.

So the only province that i am 100% sure that is sending EOI to applicants is ontario.
