PNP and Express entry Work Experience Questions.

I applied for SINP on 1 Dec 2018, my profile marked ineligible on the 16th of June 2019. My occupation got changed on 15th December 2018. After 14 days of submission of application. is it a problem that I have not informed them about this change, and now I want to claim in this way in an express entry profile.

Your profile could have been ineligible for various other reasons as well like IELTS expiry, insufficient fund, etc. check the reasons for EE becoming ineligible. Did you already receive a nomination from SINP if you applied in 2018?
