Hi, I have a query. I have recently accepted a PNP but after adding 600 points to my initial score, they have not added 15 points for the sibling.
15 points are listed in the score breakdown but not added.
Do I need to contact them or is it a rule or something that I unaware of?

Both points for siblings and for PNP belong to the same category - 'D. Additional points' which are limited to a maximum of 600 points. Therefore, if you get 600 points for a provincial nomination, you can't get any points for siblings.
And I'm sure that those 600 are more than enough to secure an ITA for you.
