I have a friend and this is the situation. His work visa is expired Mar 3, 2011 while waiting his new employer LMO. The LMO was denied due to the SC is unable to contact the employer. Now what will be our next step to stay legal in Canada. Pease advise.

you have to re apply again LMO make sure the SC can contact the employer..same thing happen to me if i did follow up SC we did know that SC trying to contact my employer good thing i called to follow up or else they will refuse it. as of your friends status she can apply for restoration
