I have received back my application from CIO due to CC payment issue with a letter and appendices mentioning the reason on 28th June 2010.They have asked me to attach the letter and appendices if I want to re-apply. My NOC is 0213 which is no more in the list..Kindly suggest ..

Can I re-apply even though my NOC 0213 is no more in the list ?

IMHO, No, because you no longer are eligible. I believe that the letter says that no record was kept of your application?

PMM is correct, but re apply with the letter they have sent....if its accepted then good otherwise they are going to return back again, no harm in trying.

I am afraid they will not accept your file as the 0213 NOC is removed now.

Thanks for the reply.Yes it says that no record is kept but it also says "should u choose to resubmit your application, please include this letter and the attached appendices with your application". I dont understand why did they write this for?

Why don't you sent application to CIO back?

What will you loose? Just courier charges.

Take a chance, they may accept your case as they have sent you reference letter.
