What does this mean? Has my application been approved? Is there any decision pending or they are simply asking me to submit my passport for visa stamping? Sorry if I'm reading between the lines - just nervous. Thanks

It means exactly what is stated (PP request for visa stamping), but is that all that was written in the letter? Congrats!!!

The meaning of a letter cannot be deduced from just a few lines or a sentence but has to be read in the context of the letter as a whole.

I plan to go to Buffalo, NY to get the visa stamped. Do you know how long does it take to receive the PR card once you enter Canada? I intend to enter the country and return back to India. Will I need the PR card to enter the country again?
