PMM pls help me to figure out my situation

hello PMM,
My question is; how could i ask for Canadian Visitor visa?
I have finished my interview 3 months ago and had asked to give IELTS again. I have submitted my new IELTS score one month ago but havent heard n e thing from Consulate as i m here in USA since 4 months. My visa is going to be expired soon, I used to live in canada as a student visa but left Canada last year though.
So is it the right time to ask for Visitor visa for Canada becoz I need to get my luggage n bank balance from Canada. I dont want to wait so long here in US so i have decided to go back home and would like to wait until i get something.
I just wanna get my stuffs n visit Canada for only a month or so ..becoz i have return ticket in June.
Pls PMM help me out from this situation and on wat reason i can ask for Visa?

All you can do is apply for the TRV and tell them what you said in your post. You would probably have to show an onward to ticket to your home country from Canada.

Do you have n e idea about another reason to ask for Visitor visa...or n e other guys here that they had same situation as mine...
so give me proper advice...
One more thing PMM, how much chances to get the visa for Canada?
Should I go personally to get the visa or Can I send my application along with the passport to the Consulate in US?

All you can do is apply for the TRV and tell them what you said in your post. You would probably have to show an onward to ticket to your home country from Canada.

What was the promlem abour your first IELTS exam?
