Hi there

I have been in canada for 1 year as visitor, got my visa extended once. During my stay I married with my fiance who is a canadian citizen.

My question is.. Can I use "A Marriage Solomnization Record" as a marriage certificate to apply for my PR? or I have to wait for my marriage certificate which i will get after 3 months i suppose.

2nd question.. My wife had a student loan, and she could not pay back, reason she went back to her country and stayed for 2 years. and now we contacted OSAP to pay it, but they have forwarded it to Revenue Canada. We contacted revenue canada and they advised us to pay it if its possible.

Please advise in this situation can my wife file my sponsorship application? what shoud we do further...

If you don't mind me asking what information did you supply them with to get the visa extended and how long did it take for them to reply to you?

i was on business trip, and had meetings with clients, so i wanted to stay for some more time and i got extention

Yes, and then you send a copy of the marriage certificate when it is issued.
