PMM help with Rehabilitation

Dear PMM,
I applied for Criminal Rehab in November 2006 to enter Canada. Haven't heard anything, does it typically take this long? Some background info: I was arrested nearly 10 yrs ago for poss of marijuana, a misdemeanor. I am married to a Canadian citizen and I applied to enter Canada to visit in laws. Thanks for any help.

Frustrated

Most cases take about a year for rehab.
