I have just finished medical check and police clearance, at this moment
1, can I go to overseas?
2, If I go to overseas should I inform the processing office?
3, When I am granted a visa should I come back to get visa in processing office or I can get visa in any overseas visa office?

1. You can travel all you want, no you don't have to inform the processing office unless you are taking residence in another country.
2. Only the processing office will "stamp" your visa.

Thank you for your help and I still have a question on this issue.
1, If I am overseas, can I sent my passport to the processing office and ask the officer to "stamp" me visa?
or can I ask my friend bring my passport to processing office to "stamp" visa?
2, When my wife and I are overseas, should both of us go back to processing office to "stamp" visa or just I go back to "stamp" two visas?
