PLZZ REPLY GUYS!! VISA GOT REFUSED first time

I have applied for study visa few days back but got refused
Reason: PROPOSED PROGRAM NOT REASONABLE IN LIGHT OF PAST STUDIES AND ACADEMIC SCORES

Program applied : PDD in sales (DOUGLAS COLLEGE)

MY profile

completed graduation in bsc medical from Punjab university(2010) - 60.9%
MBA in marketing with HR(2012) - 59%

there is no gap and no backlogs

plus

i have sales experience of complete 1 year with icici bank
and have also worked as LIC agent from 2008 to 2013
i also file ITR and have paid 1 year fees + got GIC

IELTS SCORE - 7.0 no score less than 6.0

now what should i do ?? someone asked me to relodge the file with proper explanation as the course is related to my previous work experience. if anyone could suggest something it would be a great help
CAN A STRONG SOP WOULD HELP IN GETTING VISA if i relodge file?

In my knowledge only good strong SOP could help you out in this situation . Because visa officer doubt ur intention of due to ur chosen course and not strong ties to ur native country.

u already have a masters u should go for doctoral level course......will u do diploma after a MBA in ur home country? since ur applying for diploma but u already have masters it looks like ur intentions for going to canada doesnt seem like study.

but i have 5 years of sales experience ..i want to nurture my skills thats y i have opted for diploma in sales.. otherwise there are many other programs which i could have gone for. I have my family here all my relatives are here. plus i have my own home here.

since ur going for studies ur academic profile is more important than ur work profile. agreed u have family and home but does VO know that fact? if u look through VO eyes either ur not a genuine student or u r not sure about ur field because u cant decide which field u want to make a career in. atleast not clear from the documents that u may have attached. In either case its bad for u. look at ur courses medical HR marketing sales very confusing.

choice of course matters the most SOP can help but still the choice of field is most important if u see on this forum most of the rejections r due to wrong course selection . if ur extremely luck u may get it but with one rejection already chances r slim.
