plz tell me frnds it takes how many days to tranfer college fees from my account to college account via wire tranfer????

my college fees submission deadline date is 20/06/2013. what if i transfer it on 18th or 19th of june? will they recieve it on time? or it'll be late?

thnx for rply....can u tell me dat can i take cash to any wire transfer branch to transfer my fees by deposting cash at wire transfer branch? or shoud i have money in my bank account?

all i want to know that is it mandatory to have any bank account for this process???
